HAUSER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
Hauser Construction Company is one of the oldest residential, ultra-custom, single family, general
contractors in Virginia Beach, having been licensed continuously since 1955. It was started by C. J.
Hauser and taken over by his son, Mark Hauser, in 1973. All of our work is presently performed in the
city of Virginia Beach. Our work is done in the traditional “old school” method whereby Mr. Hauser
personally supervises all of their projects on a daily basis.
Most of our work consists of large single-family homes and a few luxury duplex condominiums in the
resort area. Mr. Hauser takes a “hands on” approach, giving great attention to details. He has used
many of the same sub contractors for years, resulting in the best possible finished product. “We are
proud to put our name and reputation on this project” says Mr. Hauser.
